Grief stages and symptoms
Grief is a natural process that follows such a loss can seem intolerable, we feel the pain after contradictory feelings. Especially since the death of a loved one, separation, loss of enjoyment of regular activities, guilt, depression, bargaining, anger, sadness, helplessness, fatigue, terror, pain is difficult and painful etc.While we can learn to be patient with ourselves and with others during times of pain by understanding of what we are experiencing.
Five stages of grief are:
- Denial: Denial is normal grieving process that we received after the loss of our loved one. these tasks largely involve dealing with the initial shock of emotional
- Ira: You may even be angry with the person who died for you to leave! It is normal that anger should be directed to the person or persons responsible for this crime and the criminal justice system.
- Negotiation: Now, the affected person can do good business with God, asking: "If I do this, leave the loss?
- Depression: The person feels numb.
- Acceptance: It occurs when the person simply accepts the reality of loss.
The symptoms of pain
- Lost: You can feel completely lost, especially when the death of a loved one often means the death of their dreams and the loss of their future than I thought it would.
- Guilty: Everybody feels guilty about it wants to do, but now is unable to do so.
- Sadness: Happiness and sadness are two phases of our lives and is the saddest part of your life. You may feel overwhelmed at times. You can never be afraid to laugh.
- Ira: You may even be angry with people who do not support that may be your best friends to members of his family. You can still angry God that you do not hear us pray and do not remove the problems of his life.
- Mental confusion: This happens when you lose your concentration.
- Grateful: I think you experience these symptoms, this disease is when you get more and more without wait, then you feel very grateful to God and the person.
- Be patient for you
- Exercise and daily meditation
- Yoga is also helpful to keep your mind fresh and free, you can also use it.
- Food healthy
- Listen to music
- To keep you busy in social activities
- Sleep well
- Talk to your family and friends every day
