Tennessee Law Texting While Driving
Is it illegal in Tennessee to drive while texting or talking on cell phones?
I heard that it’s illegal to drive under the influence in Tennessee with a cell phone, while talking or texting. But I’m not sure if this is true or not or if they (the law) really passed it or not. I think that they should because of a dangerous situations that can be put to risk of other drivers and children. Does anybody know anything about this? Serious answers please, thanks!
Distraction.gov gives you a list of the states where it is illegal. Even in the states where it is legal, one should take care to not kill themselves or anyone else while being careless. I do believe it should be illegal in all 50 states. I have looked at hundreds of blogs over the past week or so concerning the issue but none of them offered a solution accept FDI-Voice. So, anyway… I hope this answers your question.
