Uk Texting Video

Any recent model phones allow video clips to play as ring tones and screen savers?

I would like a recommendation for a phone or pda uk good in a contract or pay as you go which is a touch screen, good for text messages and generally has some extras good? Oh and I know that sounds silly, but preferably it should have a phone charm slot too!
