Emo Love Poetry
is this poem awful? please be truful becuase i already know i suck at poetry.?
ok i write a lot of poetry. just alot of mess ups though. I was wondering if anyone actually liked my poetry.most people callme emo or gothbecuase i love black and poetrybut i dont cut my selfor anything so just please be truful about about my poem.
-As dawn breaks
the sparrow shall fall
from its perch high
in the willow place
dead shall rise
from the ground
and will the evils
of all darkness
as only a single soul
shall remain
but tortures to great depths
of evil and beaten
to his will
ok i know it sucked right? it was a free verse poem so it has no rhyme. i believe that poetry should be from the heart not the mind. half the time i dont relize what i write and its diferent kinda unique in its own way. thatone was acuatally like not a very good one. ihave somany poems. i fill notebooks up. im just looking for another on to use for a lil project imputting together and must of them are bad.
Actually is pretty good, i love free verse i think more that similar words, the whole thing should be about the meaning of The Poem as a whole. A good example is robert frost, most of his poetry is free verse yet very deep and powerful, so dont think you are bad poet…keep writing… BTW i write poetry and short story myself as well…
