New ‘no Texting while driving’ law in Missouri? Question?
There is a new law that will be effective next month in Missouri, that says when a police officer catches you Texting While driving while under the age of 21, they will give you a $200 ticket. My question – how will they catch us?
If they see you playing with your phone and believe you could be under 21 they will pull you over. I can guarantee you’re not as sneaky as you think.
ronjon – The red light cameras take pictures of license plates, not of the people in the vehicle. Taking pictures of the people in the vehicle is an invasion of privacy.
