I cant remember the song but I can remember the video….?

Its country maybe about 10 years ago the setting takes place in an old bar or building the singer and girlfrien are sitting at a table and everyone is getting a chance to go on stage to recite some type of poetry one guy talks about his fish that he has with him does this ring a bell…????
I dont know the words it wasn’t a very popular song but it was by a man he was young no older than 30 and was goodlooking dark hair thats what i can remember
